  • Sales Tax: A 6.25% sales tax is applicable to orders shipped to Illinois addresses, including tax on shipping charges for Illinois shipments. All other states are tax exempt.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 (excluding furniture and rugs) qualify for free shipping. For orders under $300, the shipping fee is 8% of the order total (excluding tax) plus an $8.00 fee.
  • We ship purchases via UPS, with in-stock items typically delivered within 6-8 business days from order confirmation.
  • Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday.
  • For Hawaii, Alaska, and International Shipments, shipping charges are determined individually. Please call 1-847-395-3800 for a shipping cost estimate before placing your order.
  • Any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient.

Express Shipping:

For express shipping, call 1-847-395-3800 to request a rush order. One Day Express and Two Day Express options are available when orders are placed before 1 pm (EST). Shipping costs will be communicated via email.

Delivery Surcharges ($):

Large items like furniture and rugs may incur extra delivery charges due to their size and weight. We will notify you of these additional charges via email.

Merchandise Pricing & Availability:

While we strive for accurate pricing and stock updates, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you, and you can choose to keep or cancel the order. If a product's price is incorrectly stated on our website, we will cancel the order, and you may reorder at the correct price.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of package receipt. The merchandise amount, excluding shipping charges, will be refunded. Please note that special-order items, sale items, personalized items, and imported merchandise are non-returnable.

Damaged Goods Policy:

Upon receipt, check all items for shipping damage. If any damage is found, keep the original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made to the carrier within 10 workdays: UPS - 800-742-5877. Proper procedures must be followed to honor your claim, and we are willing to assist in claim collection. However, we are not responsible for replacing items damaged during shipping due to shipping agent errors or mishaps.
