Can I place an order by phone? 
Yes, if you wish to place an order, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us at 847-395-3800.  

Your website is missing something I need to order. What do I do? 
Our new website launched in January 2024 and we are quickly adding all of our available pieces. If you are placing an order and don't see what you would like to purchase, please call 1-847-395-3800 to place an order by phone, or email your order to info@pickardchina.com. You can also send a request for it to be quickly added to the website by emailing website@pickardchina.com. 

Can I visit your outlet store? 
Our outlets store is no longer open, but you can visit our many retail partners.  Find your local retailer by visiting our Store Locator.

Why does it take so long to ship my order?

Is Pickard China dishwasher safe? 
Pickard China is dishwasher safe for standard residential-grade dishwashers. However, Pickard China is not safe for use in high-end luxury dishwashers because high-end dishwashers have commercial grade water pressure and drying temperatures. When cycling your Pickard China through a standard residential-grade dishwasher, only use a liquid detergent and never use a citrus based detergent, especial detergents with lemon.   


Is Pickard China Microwave safe? 
Any china, including Pickard China, that is decorated with precious metal (gold or Platinum) cannot be used in a microwave. Most of Pickard China’s retail patterns contain precious metal. Therefore, do not use Pickard China in a microwave oven.    

Does Pickard buy back used china?  
We do not buy back any new or used china.   

Can Pickard appraise the value of my china? 
Pickard does not provide any appraisals for discontinued patterns or older antique Pickard items. Pricing for active patterns is available on the Pickard website: www.pickardchina.com.  You can use the backstamp trademark to estimate the age of your Pickard China piece.


What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? 
Pickard accepts all major credit cards.   


Will Pickard send an order confirmation via email? 
Yes, if you place your order via phone or email we can provide an order confirmation.  If you place an order via our website, you can receive a confirmation automatically after placing your order if you have provided your email address when placing your order.


Do you offer gift wrapping or gift boxes? 
A gift box is available upon request for an additional charge. We do not offer gift wrapping. Please call us at 847-395-3800 for more details.  


Return Policy: 
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Please note, all returned items must be received back unused and undamaged and all returned items are inspected upon arrival. Any worn or damaged items will not be replaced or credited. Worn or damaged items will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense. Returned items inspected as unused and resaleable will have the merchandise amount of your original purchase, less any applicable restocking fee and shipping charges, refunded. All monogrammed or custom items may not be returned.   


 Shipping Policy. 
Pickard ships all of our orders by UPS ground. Group A retail patterns (most of the unpersonalized products on our website) will ship within 4 to 6 weeks. However, in stock Group A merchandise will often be processed and shipped within 10- 14 business days. Group B patterns ship within 12 to 16 weeks and Group C patterns ship within 24 to 28 weeks. Custom china orders, including monogrammed orders, normally ship in 6-8 weeks from the time you order.  


Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online? 
Sorry, we do not offer any gift cards or gift certificates.
