1. Return of Unused Items: We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to return an unused item, we are here to assist you. Our return policy allows returns of standard retail patterns that are unused and undamaged within 30 days from the date of package receipt. There is a 20% restock fee associated to all standard retail pattern returns. All custom orders, including custom Signature Monogram orders, have non-returnable status. Your refund will cover the merchandise amount from your original purchase, excluding any shipping charges and restocking fee.  

2. Gift returns of standard retail pattern items is available for credit only.  

3. All returns must have an assigned return goods authorization number (RGA #). Please contact Pickard customer service at 1-847-395-3800 to receive your RGA #. The RGA # should be written on the outside top of any box returned to Pickard China. Any returned material that does not have an assigned RGA # will be refused at the point of delivery and returned back to the sender at the sender expense. Once again, please make sure you write the RGA # on the outside top of any box returned back to Pickard China.

Damaged Goods Policy:

We trust that your package has arrived in good condition. To ensure a smooth process, please inspect all items for potential shipping damage upon receipt. In the event you discover any damage, we kindly ask that you keep all original packing materials and cartons. Claims for damaged items must be reported to the carrier within 10 business days. Pickard ships all of our orders via UPS. Please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 to initiate a claim. 

It is crucial to adhere to these procedures, as shipping carriers have legal requirements for claim processing. If you need to return items to us, please repackage the merchandise exactly as it was received. While we are committed to assisting you in collecting claims for loss or damage, it is important to note that our willingness to help does not make us responsible for the collection of claims. 

Please be aware that we cannot replace items damaged during shipment due to errors or mishaps on the part of the shipping agent.
