  1. What products are available online? Most of our products are available for purchasing online, except for our monogram pattern (also known as the 'Signature Collection'). All current product lines are also available through our retail accounts. Please use our Find a Store Search Tool (Click here) to find the store nearest you.
  2. Can I order by telephone? Yes, you may call 1-847-395-3800.
  3. Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online? Sorry, there are no gift certificates/cards available online at this time.
  4. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? Visa and Mastercard.
  5. Is there an outlet store?  Our outlets store is no longer open but you can visit our many retail partners.
  6. Does Pickard buy back used china?   We do not buy back any new or used china.  Please check who buy and sell used china.
  7. What kind of browser do I need to make online purchases from Pickard? If you are using older versions of these browsers (including Internet Explorer 3.0 or earlier, Netscape Navigator 3.0, AOL 3.0 or earlier, or Web TV) you may experience technical difficulties with online ordering. You can check the version of the browser you are using by clicking on the item "About" under the Help menu (or icon). Sorry, this site is not optimized for Netscape 6.0 as this browser runs differently than other versions of the Netscape browsers.
  8. Will Pickard send an order confirmation via email? Yes, we will send it to the e-mail you enter when checking out.
  9. How can I find out the status of an order placed online? You may check the status of your order by e-mailing: [email protected], and putting in the subject line of your message "Order Delivery Status Inquiry."
  10. Return Policy / Changing or canceling an order. Outlet giftware, outlet dinnerware, and discontinued dinnerware are not returnable. All sales are final on these items.
  11. Shipping Policy. We ship all products by UPS ground. In stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 10 business days of the day the order was placed. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, Pickard China will send you an e-mail with expected ship time. All orders are subject to credit approval. Business Days: "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
