U.S. Embassy China - As the official Embassy china, we are proud Pickard was chosen to produce special commissioned dinnerware services for U.S. embassies worldwide. When our U.S. ambassadors entertain royalty and dignitaries at state dinners in London, Paris, Tokyo and all around the world, they dine on Pickard china.
Care - Dishwasher Safe - All Pickard’s retail china patterns can be washed in the dishwasher. Except as mentioned below, we warranty that all of these patterns will be dishwasher safe for use with home dishwashers and with proper loading, and we suggest the use of a mild detergent. This is a limited warranty available only to the original purchaser when purchased through authorized Retailers, and does not apply to any pattern using raised gold pastes (Carolina Blossoms and Metropolitan Gold charger plates). This warranty is non transferable or assignable, and is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective china pieces and no other damages or payments of any kind will be owing by Pickard in connection with such limited warranty.
Quick Delivery - Pickard offers quick delivery of every Group A dinnerware pattern. Within 3 to 5 weeks of the receipt of order, delivery is completed.
Safe for Use - Pickard china is safe for use as determined by Federal Food & Drug Administration compliance guidelines. It is recommended that acidic foods and beverages such as tomato paste and orange juice should never be stored in any ceramic container for an extended period of time.

Our Signature Collection of custom monogrammed fine china is the ultimate personalization program which allows you to select among the many available options to truly make any set of Pickard china your own. The choices include using white or ivory body porcelain, gold or platinum trim, script or block type, two different cup shapes and one, two or three letter monograms. In addition, you can add custom monogrammed charger plates or a gift box with six monogrammed canapé plates. |

On our gold banded Reflection dinnerware pattern, the dinner plate and cup may be personalized with a single 24 karat gold monogrammed letter. This monogramming is also available on our Palace service plate. The monogram alphabet is an artistic interpretation of 19th century Roman Gothic lettering. The additional charge for monograms is $15.00 per piece. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. |
